Call for Papers
2020 International Top-Level Forum on Engineering Science and Technology Development Strategy -- the 5th Purple Mountain Forum will be held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province of China on August 15th-16th of 2020. The aims of this forum include fully demonstrating the latest scientific and technological achievements in the field of power and energy, comprehensively supporting green and low-carbon energy revolution, integrating industries, universities, researches and applications, and establishing a high-level platform for academic communication of international and domestic experts. The theme of the forum is “Power System Supports Green and Low-Carbon Energy Revolution”. We sincerely invite international and domestic experts to participate in this forum and submit research results. Academic exchange activities will include keynote speech, symposiums, roundtable discussions, poster sessions for accepted papers, technical visits and etc. All accepted papers will be recommended to be indexed in Ei Compendex data base.

III Submission Instructions
1) The paper is required to be well-structured, concise and focused, maximum to 5000 words. Please submit the paper in Microsoft Word file and in strict accordance with the requirement of the proceedings. The template can be downloaded from the official website (http://meeting.aeps.cc/cn/IFSGPC2020).
2) The submissions should not have been published in other conferences or public media.
3) The submissions must be in English, and meanwhile the information of the authors shall also be provided in the submission system.
4) Please visit the official website for registration (users who have already registered do not need to re-register). After the registration, you could log into the system and enter the Customer Center for paper submission.
IV Notes
1) The Preparatory Committee of the Forum will keep close attention to the spread of COVID-19, and make corresponding adjustments to the schedule if necessary. Teleconference may be adopted for parts of the forum. For detailed arrangements, please pay attention to further notice.
2) All of the submissions accepted after peer review will be included in the Forum proceedings and be posted. Some authors will be invited for oral presentation.
4) If you have any proposed topics for the parallel sessions of the Forum or you are willing to preside over any session, please contact the Forum service.
5) The publication fee for each accepted paper will be RMB 1,500.
6) The electronic version of each accepted paper used for exchange on the Forum isn’t permitted to be uploaded to the network in case this will cause the problem of copyright infringement. The person who is charge of uploading shall be deemed accountable for such infringement.
